Lower Sangamon River Resource Conservation and Development Council (RC&D) is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, serving Cass, Christian, Logan, Mason, Menard and Sangamon counties in central Illinois. Our mission is to promote economic, human and natural resources through cooperative effort. Our unique, natural resource-based program helps local people improve their economy, environment, and quality of life through a wide range of projects.
