provides service to: Bond, Clinton, Madison, Monroe, Randolph, St. Clair, and Washington Counties of Illinois

The Southwestern Illinois RC&D, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation formed in 1989 to address regional natural resource concerns to help find ways to solve regional issues and also to assist in the development of the natural resources for the betterment of the community. Technical assistance is provided to the Southwestern Illinois RC&D, Inc. through USDA-NRCS.
